Legal help in English

Working with foreign clients

Many of our clients live or run their business outside Poland. You do not have to be in Poland for us to handle your matter: documents can be sent by email, and meetings can take place by phone or video call, in English.

We explain Polish law and procedure in plain English, keep you updated at each stage and tell you in advance what decisions you will need to make.

If you need us to act for you before a Polish court or authority, a power of attorney is usually enough. We will tell you how to sign it from abroad and whether any document needs a sworn translation.

We also meet clients in person at our offices in Katowice and Kraków.
